TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When booking on one of our trips please be aware of the following terms and conditions.
- STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL
It is illegal to consume alcohol on public service vehicles (Coaches and buses). You will be asked to show contents of bags and cases before boarding vehicles to ensure there is no alcohol in them. Any carriers of alcohol must be put in the luggage compartment and will not be accessed until you either reach the destination or return to your pick-up point. Failure to comply may result in refusal to board coaches or legal action being taken. Only soft drinks bottles that are unopened can be carried inside the coach and consumed.
This is a ticketed service. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking which you should bring with you as proof of purchase and a link to your boarding ticket will accompany. If your name is not on the drivers loading list and you have no proof of purchase you may not be permitted to board the coach so both tickets and proof of purchase must be shown on request in the rare case your name is not on the loading list.
Payments for seats must be made in advance in full unless otherwise stated. Refund policy is in conjunction with Quinn's Coach Hire's T&C's where all monies are non refundable and only can be transferred to other bookings/trips with Quinn's Coach Hire if cancelled prior to 14 days before the trip. If cancelled within 14 days of the trip the monies will be forfeited.
If an event is rescheduled then our transport will be rescheduled accordingly and all bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled date. No refunds will be given for rescheduled events, however, payments can be transferred to another booking with Quinn's Coach Hire.
Pick-up and leaving times will be indicated on each product, however these are subject to change. Final times will be posted on social media no later than 24 hours prior to pick-up. Concert coaches will leave destination no later than 45 minutes after concert ends from where you are dropped off. Coaches will not wait after this time as these are scheduled services.
- PICK-UPS & DEPARTURES
Passengers are advised to be early for pick-ups that they are waiting on the coach to arrive. If passengers are not at pick-up for the scheduled time and ready to board then the coach will not wait as there are other pick-ups scheduled. If you miss your pick-up please contact our office and arrange to meet the coach at another pick-up.
Coaches will depart destinations as follows.
CONCERTS - Coach will leave from where you are dropped off at no later than 45 minutes after the concert ends. If you insist on alighting the coach before it gets to its parking area we are not responsible if you cannot find the coach after the concert. YOU MUST STAY ON THE COACH UNTIL IT IS PARKED.
DAY TRIPS - All timing are indicated in the itinerary and will also be directed by the driver/guide during the trip. These must be adhered to to have these run as smoothly as possible. Those which involve a ferry, no waiting at all will be allowed after indicating timing as coach cannot afford to be late for ferry.
- SEAT BELTS:
Passengers must be seated and belted at all times while the coach is in motion. Please show respect to the driver when requesting anything and do not distract him/her while the coach is moving as this may distract him/her from the road. Safety is paramount and please respect the safety instructions given.
- HOT FOOD
Strictly no hot food is allowed on the coaches. Only snacks such as crisps, sweets, chocolate, popcorn, nuts, water, soft drinks, etc may be taken on the coach and eaten. Hot food will be refused and if you arrive back with hot food you will have to eat it before boarding the coach. If you arrive back to coach with hot food at time of departure you will have the option to eat your food and miss the coach home or legally dispose of the food and take the coach home.
- COMFORT STOPS
Comfort stops will be pre-arranged by the driver for those needing the toilet. These should be used at every opportunity as the coach cannot pull in at the side of the road on on the motorway for stops as it is illegal and the coach is on a schedule to make the destination on time. If there is a toilet on the coach it is illegal to use when the coach is moving as passengers should be seated and belted at all times by law.
Please do not annoy the driver while the coach is moving demanding a comfort stop or the toilet opened as this is distractful to the driver whose priority is to get you and the rest of the passengers to and from the destination safely. Please show respect to the driver.
- OTHER PASSENGERS
Please respect other passengers. These people have paid for this service like you and we expect you to treat them with the same respect you want to be treated with. Any unacceptable behaviour will result in one verbal warning and continued unacceptable behaviour will result in ejection from the coach or even legal action.
Those passengers who seem to have excess alcohol or illegal substances in their system will be refused entry to coaches if the driver/guide deems them unfit or unruly. This will be nothing personal only a measure to make sure the rest of the passengers trip is not affected by their behaviour.
If passengers are late back to the coach after a concert or day trip outside the permitted time and the majority of the group are back the coach will have to leave without them. This is nothing a personal but if the majority of the group can make it back on time you should too.
**PASSENGERS SHOULD USE THE MAPPING APPS ON THEIR PHONES TO MARK WHERE THEIR COACH IS PARKED AND USE THIS TO FIND THEIR WAY BACK IF THEY ARE UNSURE OF THE AREA TO AVOID MISSING THE COACH HOME**
